Rachel was absolutely incredible! As first-time parents, we felt so supported throughout the entire process. Rachel took the time to really understand what was important to us and provided thoughtful education that built our confidence. Her expertise and caring nature made all the difference. Highly recommend her services!

We were so glad Rachel was there to help us welcome our daughter into the world. Her calming and supportive presence made a huge difference for us. Having a doula like Rachel helped us be as present as possible and focus on our wellbeing throughout the birthing process. Thank you, Rachel!

Rachel was exactly who I needed during my second pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. She helped us prepare for life with a new baby in a way that felt doable—without unnecessary overwhelm, or pressure, just solid support.

My birth experience was rough. She was there through all of it—steady, present, and completely tuned into what I needed in the moment. She also understood how I take in information and made sure I never felt overloaded, which was huge since I was already running on fumes.

Rachel knows that support doesn't stop at birth. My older child had a tough time adjusting to a sibling, and she helped me navigate that too. Her advice was real, the kind that actually helps in the day-to-day, not just in theory.

Rachel brings knowledge, care, and a deep understanding of what each family needs. I’d recommend her in a heartbeat.

Rachel provided immense support for our family during the postpartum period. At first, we didn’t have a postpartum doula but after moving to a new home when our daughter was 6 weeks old things quickly began to feel overwhelming. Rachel started and quickly provided relief for us while navigating the newness of a baby and space. She always listened attentively and helped talk through any questions or troubles we had. She organized our kitchen, made delicious snacks and prepared nourishing meals. She soothed and cared for our daughter so I could rest and shower.

Having Rachel as our doula was a lifesaver. This was our first baby and we went into this journey knowing absolutely nothing. Rachel was there to prep us ahead of time, from child education to preparing for labor and birth. One of the things that I was the most grateful for was having her there on call for when I started going into early labor. She came to our house and comforted me through the contractions, allowing me to labor at home for a bit before determining when it was time to go to the hospital. She stayed with us through the entire labor at the hospital, offering suggestions on how to get comfortable and what to do next. She would massage my back whenever I started to have a contraction, and even showed my fiancé on how to comfort me as well. When the room started to fill up with people as I started to push, she comforted me by letting me know that all these people were just there to help, that none of this was an emergency and that everything was going exactly how it was supposed to. Labor is hard and Rachel was there to make it just a little bit easier. She had an answer to every question we asked and provided us with so much information. We are grateful that we had Rachel by our side through our pregnancy and labor journey and highly recommend her to anyone else looking for a doula!

We worked with Rachel last year for the birth of our son. It was so nice to have Rachel on call when we had questions or when my wife thought she was in labor.
Rachel helped keep us updated on what was going on in the busy delivery room, she eased both of our anxiety and stayed positive and energetic throughout a long labor. We appreciated Rachel’s guidance and friendship throughout my wife’s pregnancy and our son's first year.

Rachel was absolutely wonderful! As anxious first time parents she was a reassuring presence. She was incredibly knowledgeable, quick to answer, and very supportive. I ended up needing a c-section but Rachel still came and visited us in the hospital once we were settled with a gift. I’d highly recommend her to anyone looking for a doula in their prenatal care.

We hired Rachel as our postpartum doula to help with overnight care for our little guy. He suffers from reflux so hadn't been the best sleeper, and I (mom) was heading out of town for a work trip. Rachel was wonderful! My mind was at ease from the first time we met her - she was warm, understanding, a good listener, and our son didn't seem nervous at all when she was holding and interacting with him. She took great care of our son overnight, followed our wishes/instructions, and even helped with baby laundry and getting bottles prepped. My husband was able to get a full night's rest for the first time in a long time, and I was able to put my worry behind me during the trip, knowing that Cooper was in great hands. I felt she truly cared about our baby and his wellbeing. We would definitely work with Rachel again and 100% recommend her!

We worked with Rachel last year June-December 2023 for my first pregnancy. It was so nice to have a calm, educated and joyful presence throughout my pregnancy and birth.

Rachel was helpful and guided us through symptoms of pregnancy, and birth prep throughout the fall. I was in labor for over 24 hours and Rachel was there for all of it. She used massage and pressure points to comfort me in labor, she made sure we had what we needed and kept me focused and staying positive throughout a long labor. I can’t recommend having a doula enough for my first baby.

Hiring a postpartum doula was truly the best investment for our family, and I cannot recommend Rachel highly enough! From the moment she stepped into our home, she brought a sense of warmth, ease, and unwavering support that made all the difference in our postpartum journey.

Rachel provided exactly what we needed—nourishing meals prepared with so much love, an extra set of hands to help around the house, and most importantly, a compassionate presence that made me feel deeply seen and supported in every moment. She listened to my needs, held space for my emotions, and offered her extensive knowledge with such care and wisdom.

Her support allowed me to focus on bonding with my baby and recovering without the overwhelm, and her presence became such a comfort to our whole family. Rachel is more than just a doula—she is a loving, intuitive, and deeply knowledgeable guide through the transition into motherhood. She has become a part of our family, and we are forever grateful for her.

If you’re on the fence about hiring a postpartum doula, let this be your sign—it’s the best gift you can give yourself! Rachel, we love you! ❤️
