Three 1-hour prenatal appointments to touch base about how you're feeling, address any questions/concerns, craft a birth plan, and get you feeling confident and prepared for birth

I'm on call 24/7 for you starting at your 38th week and will be a continuous source of in-person support from the moment you need me in labor to 1-2 hours post-birth

Outside of our scheduled prenatals, I'm available via phone/text/email for support from the day that you hire me, and will go on 24/7 call at 38 weeks gestation

A 1-2 hour visit in the comfort of your home, so we can process your birth story, check in on how you're feeling, talk through any questions or needs, and lovingly usher in the next chapter of your journey
